Kids Classes + Events

Our kids classes and events offer a nurturing space for little ones to move, breathe, and explore mindfulness in a fun and supportive way.
 
We help children build confidence, connection, and body awareness through playful movement, calming practices, and age-appropriate guidance.
 
Each session is designed to be welcoming, inclusive, and joyful, giving kids a safe place to slow down, find stillness, and feel at ease within themselves.

Regular Kids Classes Wednesday 4.30-5.30pm Starting 14 Jan!
