Seeking Peace Yoga began as a simple intention — to create a safe, welcoming space where people could pause from the noise of daily life and reconnect with their breath, body, and community.
We believe yoga is more than movement; it’s a practice of stillness, awareness, and self-compassion.
We hold space with care. Every breath, every pose, every silence is an opportunity to feel grounded, supported, and seen.
In our classes, you’ll find connection — to self, to others, and to the quiet moments that remind you that peace is always within reach.
Our practice is guided by calm, safety, connection, community, stillness, breathe and mindfulness.
