Seeking Peace Yoga began as a simple intention — to create a safe, welcoming space where people could pause from the noise of daily life and reconnect with their breath, body, and community.

We believe yoga is more than movement; it’s a practice of stillness, awareness, and self-compassion.

We hold space with care. Every breath, every pose, every silence is an opportunity to feel grounded, supported, and seen.
In our classes, you’ll find connection — to self, to others, and to the quiet moments that remind you that peace is always within reach.

Our practice is guided by calm, safety, connection, community, stillness, breathe and mindfulness.

We would love to see you on the mat.

We respectfully acknowledge the Ngadjuri peoples — the Traditional Custodians of the land on which we gather in the Freeling region.
